Twitch streamer CDawgVA (aka Connor) has stricken up a wholesome friendship with fellow streamer Ironmouse.
In a recent IRL stream, Connor went to Ashikaga Flower Park in Japan and livestreamed his visit. As part of the stream, Ironmouse joined virtually and was stunned at viewing the flower park on Connor’s stream.
Ironmouse was so stunned, she claimed, “How is this even real? It’s like something out of Minecraft.”
For those who aren’t aware, Ironmouse has Common Variable Immunodeficiency (CVID).
In short, her body doesn’t develop the antibodies needed to fight off common bacteria or viruses. This makes her susceptible to infections.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ironmouse ended up contracting lung disease that worsened her health to the point of being bedridden and unable to speak or eat. Luckily, she has made significant improvements to her health largely thanks to her streaming career. With the money she’s raised from streaming, she’s been able to afford the medication needed to manage her health.
This means she’s unable to travel and has to be constantly isolated for health concerns. So Connor specifically taking time out of his day to stream from the park and show it Ironmouse has many applauding him for being such a good friend.
