In Elden Ring, players can find a Crimson Amber Medallion +2 that increases max HP by 8%. For players who have trouble dodging or are playing Magic builds, this increase in health can affect your survivability and prevents you from being one-shot by the game’s toughest enemies.
Where to Find the Crimson Amber Medallion +2 in Elden Ring
The Crimson Medallion +2 is located southeast of the Capital of Ash Site of Grace in Leyndell.
After you load at the Site of Grace, go south. You’ll see buildings buried in the sand. In the square between the buildings, you’ll see an opening on the ground leading to the sewers.
Jump to the wooden ledge below. Then, jump over to the side of the wall. You’ll land on the next ledge and then drop to the wooden beam below. The Crimson Medallion +2 is on the wooden beam. You will find the purple item on a dead body that is lying on the beam.
When you can find the Crimson Amber Medallion +2
Even though Elden Ring is an open-world game, the Crimson Amber Medallion +2 can’t be found until after you beat Maliketh, the Black Blade. Beating Maliketh turns the Leyndell into the Capital of Ash, allowing the Crimson Amber Medallion +2 to be acquired.
