In Lost Ark, players in the NA/EU region, don’t have access to all of the classes available in the Korean version of the game. Classes like Reaper, Scouter, and Artist are all expected to be released in the coming months. One class that players are hyped for is the Female Berserker.
As a reminder, classes in Lost Ark are gender locked. Deathblades are Female, while Paladins are male. This is common in Korean games. For players who want to play a Female Berserker right now, you’re out of luck. But the developers are aware that gender-locked classes aren’t popular in the west. With Gunslinger and Striker existing, it’s clear that Lost Ark’s development team is working on reducing the amount of gender-locked classes available.
Lost Ark’s developer, Smilegate, has announced that the Female Berserker is releasing in 2022 in the Korean version of Lost Ark.
When will Female Berserker come to the NA/EU version of Lost Ark?
In the June and July Roadmap, Amazon Game Studios (AGS) confirmed the next class coming in the NA/EU version of Lost Ark is Arcana. And that class releases will now happen every 2 months. According to AGS in the roadmap, the classes will release in a similar order to their release in Korea. Meaning the Female Berserker will be one of the last available classes to release.
Based on the class release cadence, we can expect the Female Berserker class to release in 2023 for the NA/EU version of the game. Because the class is going to be one of the newer classes, it won’t release in the NA/EU version in 2022 unless AGS decides to surprise its players.
Based on the timeline provided by AGS, we know new classes will release based on the following cadence:
- July – Arcana
- September – TBA
- November – TBA
- January – TBA
- March – TBA
- May – TBA
With already-released Korean classes like Reaper, Artist, Scouter, and Summoner, we doubt AGS will release the Female Berserker in 2022.
